Overtime Sports, Inc. is headquartered in Brooklyn, NY with additional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta. The company is backed by investors including Liberty Media, Andreessen Horowitz, Bezos Expeditions, Drake, and over 40 active NBA and NFL players. Over 6% of active NBA players are investors.

Overtime owns and operates four sports leagues: Overtime Elite (OTE, basketball), OT7 (7v7 football), OT Select (women's basketball), and Overtime Nationals (high school football championship).
